Tribe Media Lab Social Media Management
At the beginning of this year, I had the privilege to work a long-term contract as a social media manager for Tribe Media Lab, a full-service advertising agency. I managed the social media for 6 companies Tribe Media serviced across several platforms, including Tribe Media Lab's personal accounts.
Each company required 1-3 posts/week. I was responsible for everything from designing, copywriting, and scheduling each post, where some of which required 2 rounds of approval. For scheduling and analytics, we used two platforms, transitioning from one to the other near the beginning of the contract: Sprout and Plannable. Also, their social media designs were already setup on Canva, so I continued this practice. Here's a summary of each account, their highlights, and a handful of posts.
The Connecting Link
The Connecting Link (TCL) is an online, self-paced e-learning platform for teachers to pursue professional development. Their brand was full of color, bright, and vibrant like a classroom. As a result, I kept their designs minimal, yet engaging. One of the points I highlighted was the platform's flexibility with the teachers' schedules, a key selling point. However, I also covered a wide range of topics such as course material, events, reviews, and more.

Vestis Manufacturing
Vestis Manufacturing is a company that designs prefabricated architectural products. As one of my most straightforward accounts, I built social campaigns around their products, values, and previous project highlights.

RiverBank
My client described RiverBank as a white knight for local business owners in Spokane, WA. Unlike ordinary banks, they offered personalized banking, coaching small business owners with their goals. This account required multiple levels of approval, so their posts were few and far between with about 1 post/week. One of their main requests was to incorporate their logo into the posts. Keeping this in mind, I focused on client testimonials, general awareness posts, and offered services.
CDL PowerSuite & ELDT.com
CDL PowerSuite and ELDT.com are two separate brands owned by the same company. CDL PowerSuite is a SaaS B2B company that ensures truck-driving schools and businesses are compliant with all regulations. ELDT.com, a B2C account, also focuses on the truck-driving community by offering an affordable online course for aspiring truck drivers. These two brands were my most technical of the group by far, which required specific language when it came to compliance and regulations. Their posts consisted of a mixture of feature highlights, general awareness, product clarification, and more.

Tribe Media Lab
Tribe Media Lab wanted their content to accomplish one goal: "make us look cool." They weren't looking to take on any more clients and only wanted to be more present on social media. They also required the least amount of posts, having a schedule of "whenever we can get you the content." As a result, I focused on behind-the-scenes takes and drone shots they had of local Spokane, WA, their home base.
