Food Brand Ecommerce Website
This time last year, I was preparing to launch my first in-depth Shopify website redesign + build. This project was about a 4-6 month timeline as we worked through updating their existing brand look, plus some reorganizing to the content. The company decided that it was time to bring all of their products under one roof, which meant merging two Shopify stores into one, plus creating additional architecture as they prepared to launch new product lines in the near future.
We spent a month and a half working through content architecture- reworking the sitemap and various iterations of low-fi wireframes to ensure we accounted for all of the most important content. One of our main focuses was creating a search and filter system that allowed customers to quickly and easily find the product flavors they wanted. In addition, we focused on improving the the individual product page templates so that the products could really be showcased in addition to providing key details in an easy to digest design and page layout.
We redesigned and restructured content on every single page including key landing pages and the customer account page.
