Smart City Platform for Residents - Concept Wireframe

The City Resident Portal is a digital platform designed to facilitate seamless interaction between Szczecin’s residents and the city’s administration.

This project was the focus of a hackathon challenge, during which I designed a wireframe for the portal’s main screen. My primary concept was to integrate artificial intelligence that would guide users through the administrative processes in an intuitive and accessible way.

The platform provides key services such as tax and fee payments, form submissions, and status tracking, ensuring a user-friendly experience that meets modern technological expectations.
