AWFUL Place To work

Introducing "Awful Place to Work," an app that flips the concept of workplace awards on its head. Instead of celebrating "Best Place to Work," this app empowers users to report questionable actions, mistreatment, and abuses by employers or workplaces. It's a platform where the people rate the companies, holding them accountable for their actions.

Logo and branding

The app's logo, which draws inspiration from the iconic "Great Place to Work" branding. I want to clarify that this is purely for artistic purposes and not intended to associate or claim any relationship with the original Great Place to Work brand. The logo merely sets the tone for the opposite concept we're presenting here.

Home Screen

The home screen of the app. This is where users can post their complaints or grievances about their workplaces. It includes features such as commenting, disliking, saving, or sharing posts. The avatars of the companies in each post allow users to visit the company's profile and view all the complaints made against them. This creates a transparent environment where companies are publicly accountable for their workplace conditions.

There's also a search function, where users can look up companies to see how they’ve been rated by employees. Additionally, there's a section showcasing Featured Companies of the Week, where the most talked-about companies are highlighted, whether for good or bad reasons.
