Laundry Booking App Case Study

In this case study, I present the design process for a Laundry Booking App, aimed at solving the inefficiencies of traditional laundry systems in university dormitories. By addressing common student frustrations—such as machine availability, outdated payment methods, and lack of real-time notifications—the app offers a seamless, user-friendly interface for booking machines, managing laundry schedules, and monitoring wallet balances.
