    Emgenex is a healthcare technology company that provides customizable B2B SaaS solutions for laboratories, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. Their services include advanced platforms for lab information systems (LIS/LIMS), pharmacogenomics, and telegenetics. As the Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded the UI/UX redesign of a white-label SaaS product, enhancing workflow efficiency by 30% across more than 200 laboratories, research centers, and hospitals. This project focused on improving usability and optimizing the platform for better operational performance.
