Introducing our new project ✨
.GoSend is a CRM tool and direct marketing automation system that creates channel unification and allows you to schedule, in advance, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You can increase lead conversion by combining email, SMS, calls and seven other channel options. This is the product of our yearlong client for whom we’ve created the iwinback tool, which is a more complex version of GoSend.
The biggest challenge for our team was how to present this complex process, especially the journey including numerous cases, in an understandable and user-friendly way. As the app is a comprehensive tool for marketers it has many options and customizations such as email customization. What was also important to us is the management of and within the app since it will be used by different teams (sales and marketing) and needs to have different levels of access/features.
