K-CEP, logo design for climate and energy global initiative
A few years ago I had the honor to work on the redesign of the logo and identity of K-CEP (Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program), a global initiative supported by ClimateWorks Foundation, aimed at promoting energy-efficient and climate-friendly cooling solutions.
One of the presented solutions that you can see here - and the approved visual - featured an abstract K letter mark that with the help of the color palette shows a cooling effect. Even when reduced to a single color. it's lines and curves evoke a sense of movement and progression, suggesting a process or flow.
