User Interview

Interview questions:

  • What does your a normal day in your life look like?

  • Which brand products do you normally use

  • From the box we gave you can you pick the Aveeno baby cream for eczema?

  • Was it an easy task to do and were the products easily differentiable?

  • What difficulties did you come across?

  • Do you like using Aveeno products ?

  • Would you like to give any suggestions based on your experience of using the product .

Key points and Findings:

  1. Usually most Product buyers have a hectic schedule and less time to kill as its not an easy task to get things done while have young ones and they need constant care .

  2. Many parents find Aveeno products worth buying and love using them some other brands are Sebamed and Childs farm.

  3. Most product designs have brand consistency at the top priority but having same designs and colours don't help users if there aren't any noticeable key differences .

  4. Many users picked the wrong products from the boxes..

  5. Aveeno products were liked and used by many but users suggested having easily differentiable as they have to to take a close up look to read ,check, pick and a littles less greasy products would help them .

  6. daily care creams can have a nozzle containers since its easier to use it and can be locked to avoid children from opening the lid or eating the cream .
