Redbelt project is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the management of gym operations. It includes both a web portal & a mobile app, each tailored to meet the needs of gym owners, staff & members. This case study will walk through the UX design process, from problem identification to the final design, including challenges faced, solutions implemented, & the overall impact on user experience.

User research

To understand the pain points & needs, ensuring the software e effectively streamlines gym management. We conducted a mix of user surveys, in-depth interviews & usability tests to capture real-world feedback. The goal was to understand how users interact with the platform, identify pain points & discover areas for improvement.

The current market is saturated with gym management software that falls short in various areas. Many platforms suffer from cumbersome interfaces that slow down routine operations & lead to user frustration. Lack of effective communication tools within these systems hampers engagement between gym staff & clients.
