Rebranding & content
As part of the project, we undertook a complete rebranding of Naturalia to revitalize its outdated and traditional image. We developed a fresh visual identity, including a new logo and a comprehensive brand guideline, to make the brand feel more modern, accessible, and engaging for today’s consumers. The new brand aesthetic aimed to reflect Naturalia's commitment to transparency, quality, and community, aligning with the values of a younger, more digitally-savvy audience.
To support this transformation, we introduced a concept involving brand ambassadors. These ambassadors are tasked with placing QR codes in communal spaces, such as building lobbies or shared accommodations. For instance, flatmates can easily scan these QR codes to access an interface dedicated to managing a shared shopping basket. This innovative approach not only enhances brand visibility in everyday environments but also emphasizes Naturalia's focus on collective and responsible consumption.
Co-purchasing & ambassadors
Each flatmate can then add the products they need to this collective basket. There are a number of advantages to this system: it means that purchases can be grouped together in a single large order, rather than multiple individual orders, and it also promotes savings by accumulating discounts on similar products in the basket.
The ambassador then collects the grouped order from the shop using the click & collect service.
To provide transparency on the costs of Naturalia products, we thought of using datavisulisation to indicate the costs.
This pie chart gives an idea of how we could display the costs for each participant in the value chain (trader, producer, exporter, etc.).
By blending a modern visual identity with interactive digital touchpoints, we successfully updated Naturalia’s brand perception, making it feel more contemporary and aligned with the needs of its target audience.
