The grid view lets administrators effortlessly browse through a list of learners, filter by roles, and even auto-assign individuals to specific paths. The user-friendly interface provides an overview of each learner’s skills and areas of focus, so you can tailor learning paths with precision. Selected learners appear on the right for quick confirmation, making it simple to keep track of who's been assigned.

The “Auto Assign” provides a seamless way to automatically enroll learners based on specific criteria. Administrators can set up rules tied to learner attributes, such as Division, Department, or Group, ensuring that individuals are placed into the appropriate learning tracks without manual intervention.

In this stage of the “Auto Assign” setup, administrators can define specific criteria for automatically enrolling learners based on their Department. This flexibility allows for multiple rules to be created, such as selecting specific departments. This not only reduces manual assignments but also helps ensure that all learners receive relevant training aligned with their departmental focus, streamlining the learning path creation process.

In the “Assignment Time” step, administrators can set both the start and due dates for learning paths. This configuration allows precise scheduling of tasks, ensuring that learners have clear timelines for their assignments. The interface offers a calendar view for selecting specific dates. By defining these timelines, administrators provide learners with structured deadlines, supports efficient planning and helps keep learners on track toward their development goals.

The “Completion” step brings the learning path setup to a close by enabling administrators to configure final elements like certificates, re-enrollment options, gamification, and feedback reviews.

Certificates validate a learner’s progress and achievement, and can be customized with details such as a reference number, validity period, signature by and passing criteria.

This step also includes options to streamline re-enrollment, which allows learners to revisit courses as needed, and gamification, which offers incentive points to enhance engagement. Lastly, the “Learning Path Review” feature empowers learners to give feedback on their experience, contributing to continual improvement.
