Monitor Diagnostics: App Feature

As the Product Designer for the Monitor Diagnostics feature in Willow App, my goal was to enhance the platform's Fault Detection system by enabling users to diagnose the root causes of asset issues and understand how different insights were interconnected. This would help facility and property managers prioritize critical building issues more efficiently. Leveraging new diagnostic data from Willow's Rules Engine, we aimed to evolve the system into a more comprehensive Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) tool.

I worked on designing a user experience that supported investigative workflows, allowing users to trace upstream and downstream effects of insights within a tight two-week deadline for an upcoming customer meeting. The initial integration of diagnostics into the Insights feature laid the foundation for deeper investigations, providing immediate value by improving insight prioritization.
