I was asked to review the checkflow of the dundle.com website and then redesign the user flow based on my own perspective.

After analyzing the website, I've outlined the issues I found with the checkout process.

Accessibility and purchasing on this site are straightforward for users, as they can select a product based on their chosen country or region (products differ by country, and some products may not be available in certain regions—e.g., PlayStation gift cards are not available in Hong Kong) and preferred currency, without the need to create an account. The user only needs an email address. The payment is processed based on the selected payment method, and the purchased product information is sent to the email specified during the purchase. It is also worth mentioning that users can apply a discount code during the purchase.Regarding additional details, the website allows users to personalize products for special occasions like birthdays when receiving them via the specified email. The presence of a navigation bar ensures clear transparency of the process, as the payment status is shown at each step, allowing users to know which steps have been completed and what remains.
