For this case study on Torob, we explored and identified usability issues and design opportunities in a popular app. Using UX methodologies like user personas, journey mapping, and competitor analysis, we aimed to improve the user experience . This project involved a 2-person team and spanned over 3 weeks, culminating in actionable insights for refining the app's interface and interaction design, focusing on user needs and navigation efficiency.
