Course platform for company: engaging employers

For this project I was focusing on creating the user-friendly design, which have easy navigation and be more visually attractive. I put the emphasis on a user-centered design, branding and usability and meeting the requirements of a product owner.

Problems

The organization faced several problems with training management, such as missed alerts about upcoming sessions in general chats and not enough information about when trainings were happening. Sometimes, diplomas weren't sent out after the courses, and there was no place to find past trainings in the cloud. Additionally, there was no clear way for employees to suggest new training ideas, and instructors were unsure of their tasks before and after training sessions.

Goal

The main goal of this project was to make trainings easier to find and attend, improve communication about trainings, and create a better experience for both employees and instructors.

Solution

To address these issues, we developed a comprehensive platform that includes all future and past courses, helping various user personas achieve their goals. Instructors can easily prepare for courses by accessing a list of tasks to complete before and after their sessions. Students can effortlessly sign up for courses, find recordings of past trainings, and receive their certificates upon completion.
