Adjustment Homepage of BINAR as B2B Edtech in Indonesia

Overview

Homepage of BINAR is crucial page to create first impression for visitors and affects brand trust.

In 2023, 103,000 unique users visited, but the average engagement time was lower than the industry standard.

The last major update to the homepage was in late 2021 or early 2022. The homepage also acts as a gateway to BINAR's products (Bootcamp, DTA, JC).

Research shows that 40% of paid students learned about BINAR through word of mouth, highlighting the importance of social proof, and 24% chose BINAR due to its credibility. Testimonials, success stories, and logos of past clients enhance trust and credibility.

Design Goals : Clear and strong value proposition, Strong social proofs (testimonials, success stories, trust badges, logos, etc), Clear call-to-action, Coherent story telling & Responsive design

Testing, Heuristic Review, and Shipping to Engineer...

In this phase, we conduct several tests on users who were previously included as respondents when conducting qualitative research. They play a role in conducting usability testing on prototypes and providing feedback.

In addition, in our internal team, we conduct Heuristic Evaluation so that the designers can improve several parts before we deliver them to the engineer.

Prototype to show :

After all improvements are made, the designer will tidy up and detail the design so that it is easy for the engineer to read when developing.
