Accuro
In my role as Creative Director, I worked with senior leadership as well as stakeholders from Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw, to implement a rebrand and modernization of QHR Technology’s flagship enterprise product – Accuro EMR.
My creative team was tasked with reimagining all customer-facing visual communications for Accuro. A go-to-market strategy was developed across various channels. Brand collateral was completely overhauled, from messaging and tone and voice to marketing materials. This included direct mail campaigns, email communications, a new website and landing pages, and national and regional display and search campaigns.
A new approach was also developed for the software itself including Accuro’s partner mobile app Accuro Go and a new self-serve initiative. New user persona’s were created along with Healthcare and User Experience principles. Leading our UI/UX team, I worked closely with Product Management, UX Research and Development to lay the foundation for a multi-year plan to evolve of Canada's largest EMR platform.
