AI Fleet Management Dashboard

Scooter companies pay $60k+ in yearly fines for misuse of their scooters in cities like San Francisco. The most frequent offense is the use of scooters on pedestrian sidewalks rather than on designated bike lanes or roadways.

In close collaboration with an independent software engineer, their client and another independent frontend engineer, we've built an interface for a fleet management dashboard that reduces this financial burden on scooter companies by allowing them to monitor the location and use of scooters within city infrastructures and resolve incidents before they result in penalties.

I was responsible of the UX and UI design of the dashboard and design QA of the live platform.
