Form layout in 2 columns

Working on ways to make our (sometimes very long) configuration forms less long. In this mockup, the form is 2 columns, so the label and description is on the left, and the field is on the right. "Show advanced settings" is collapsed by default.

I'm trying a new "required field" indicator that is an orange asterisk to the right of fields.
