Branding Mark

Thoughts on this mark?

It’s part of a complete brand of which I can neither show you the full logo nor reveal the name of the organization. So basically do you like the construction and feel of the mark completely out of its context? Does it have merit on its own?

(There is meaning behind the shapes, but I won’t discuss them for now.)
