Retro Shader Photo Effect
Realistic or artistic? There's no correct answer to this question, but we know how much a simple pencil can contribute to the artboard. All of a sudden, we bumped into stipples after looking for drawing photo effects in an endless list of creative add-ons. The dots create unique textures rooted in classic printmaking or old-school comic art. While layering them up, they give off a retro allure of drawing techniques, intensify the difference between lights, shadows, and reflection, and add depth to an illustration. This is how the Retro Shader Photo Effect can turn any delicate portrait or bold abstract into a dynamic composition, playing with the viewer’s perception of texture and space.
