Designing this user experience was challenging, but it has significantly boosted the startup’s growth. We went from zero pre-sales to securing post-sales contracts worth $25,000 per year for every customer. UpdateAI has raised $4.5 million, grown to a team of 10 people, and now serves 5,000 users, including 25 paid accounts with an average contract value of $25,000 per year.

Upon logging into UpdateAI, users are greeted with a streamlined view of their meetings. Imagine Jackson, a Customer Success Manager at Paw Cloud. His meetings are listed chronologically, from past to present. For a detailed overview, Jackson can access the “Past Meetings” tab on the same screen.

The intuitive UX/UI design allows Jackson to manage his meetings effortlessly. He can filter meetings by account, view account insights, switch between accounts (if his team workspace supports multiple projects), configure recordings, and identify meeting ownership. Additionally, he can assign meeting types, which are crucial for generating AI-driven insights and highlights for both Jackson and Paw Cloud.

Jackson’s role is pivotal in enhancing company success. He can navigate to “Account Insights” to view all deals, including their amounts, stages, renewal dates, and meeting histories. UpdateAI provides AI-generated summaries for each recorded meeting, accessible to Jackson or the workspace owner. The platform also features an AI bot that answers predefined or customizable questions about meetings and deals, empowering Jackson to get the information he needs efficiently.

Stakeholders: Yes, we have that covered too. Jackson and his team can now prepare for their upcoming meetings more effectively. Thanks to the detailed statistics we collect during each session, they can identify who spoke the most, understand the contributions of each specific role, and track metrics such as the number of meetings each stakeholder has attended.
