The Cycle of Protest

If we’re all moving against each other, is there any progress? If we’re all right, who is truly wrong?

I’m fascinated by this endless cycle of humans constantly clashing against one another.

For centuries, we’ve protested—over religion, race, territory, politics, human rights, and more. And yet, the cycle continues, with no signs of slowing.

Meanwhile, we tell our children not to run around the living room or eat candy before dinner.

But have we really grown up? What example are we setting if we remain trapped in the same patterns of division and conflict?
