Co-working Space Reservation System - Mobile Apps

Hey everyone! I’ve noticed that mobile reservation systems have become essential tools that people rely on today. Now, I’m trying to integrate a reservation system into a co-working space mobile app to make it easier for users to find and book the perfect space that matches their preferences and is conveniently located near them. They can reserve their desired room directly through the app with a simple check-in process. I'll show you the details below.

On the homepage, we offer a variety of options for users. They can search and explore spaces that suit their needs as well as find comfortable rooms for working. When users have an active booking, we provide a dedicated section displaying their current reservations, ensuring they stay aware of it when they open our apps.

If the user already has an account, they only need to follow 3 steps to reserve a room: selecting the desired room, choosing the arrival time, and completing the payment. However, if they don’t have an account, they can still make a reservation with 1 additional step—filling in their contact details.

So when the user checks in, they just have to open their active booking in homepage and show the QR code to the receptionist. Hope you like it!
