CRM Dashboard Design - Sales Page

Introduction

This redesign project focus on the sales page of Attio, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Although the platform is doing great in many areas, I believe there are opportunities to enhance the visual hierarchy, and streamline the frequent user actions, to create a more intuitive experience for users.

Improvement 1: Improve status bar with colored labels

In the original design, the status bar is easily overlooked. To address this, I leverage the colored labels to add distinction, making it to serve as a primary visual clue for tracking deals.

Improvement 2: Streamline card with hover menu

Users find it cumbersome to click into each card to copy information and share it with their team. To streamline this process, I created a hover menu for frequently used actions like copy, move or save the card.

Improvement 3: Real-time search interaction

The search bar is located on the left side, while all client information is on the right, making it less intuitive for users. Following the UX Law of Common Area, I moved the search bar to the right and implemented a real-time search interaction.
