Saibre: Cybersecurity management web app

Challenge

Managing company's cybersecurity efficiently revolves around an intricate network of responsibilities, knowledge, and roles to fill, but there's even a greater challenge: enter the data structure of IT systems cybersecurity management.

The client was struggling with the process primarily due to the aforementioned data structure with all its dependencies. As most of those stem from the legislation, there is only little we could do abou that. That's, however, where human-centered design comes in.

Solution

While we could not do much about the law to make the process of working with the data easier, we could definitely transform the process. So we have done just that by switching excel sheets and endless email strings into a single web application.

Saibre encompasses all the cross-dependent data and agents within the cybersecurity management process and presents them in a consumable and clear way, so users across different roles can view, search and check only what they need at the moment.

Moreover, the newly concieved simple analytics provide the general overview to management who can be alerted about threats and risks without the need to scan through the whole app.
