Website Refresh & Migration to Framer

I led the initial migration of a Series A startup website from Vercel to Framer, a no-code design tool, overseeing the project from planning to execution. This included coordinating with departments like Marketing and Growth, managing stakeholders such as the Director of Product and CTO, and collaborating closely with the Framer team to ensure a smooth transition.

The migration streamlines the design process, reduces engineering dependency, introduces Arabic support, and enhances content management. The migration was completed by the end of Q1 2024 and has improved efficiency, brand consistency, and conversion.
