AppleCare Plant Diagnosis App – UX Research & Design Process
Project Overview: AppleCare is an intuitive plant disease diagnosis app designed to help users quickly and accurately assess the health of their plants. Users can receive a comprehensive diagnosis of potential leaf diseases by simply uploading a picture, along with prevention and treatment recommendations.
Problem Statement: Many plant owners struggle to identify diseases that affect their plants, often leading to improper care or late interventions. AppleCare aims to provide a user-friendly solution that empowers users to diagnose plant diseases efficiently through image analysis.
User Research: We began with an in-depth exploration of potential users: plant enthusiasts, gardeners, and professionals. Through surveys and interviews, we identified key pain points:
1. Difficulty in identifying plant diseases visually.
2. Lack of accessible and reliable information on treatments.
3. A quick and easy solution to prevent plant deterioration is needed.
Outcome: The final design of AppleCare offers a highly efficient and accessible tool for diagnosing plant diseases. It minimizes user effort while maximizing the accuracy and usability of results, making plant care simpler for everyone.
