Medico - Web App Medical CRM - SaaS UI/UX Design - Dashboard

Client Overview

A healthcare-focused CRM web app designed to improve the management and operational efficiency of healthcare facilities. The app offers a variety of features such as messaging, scheduling, and transaction tracking, alongside management tools for doctors, medicine, bedrooms, appointments, and patients. Medico’s goal is to streamline communication and organization within healthcare institutions, helping them provide better care while efficiently managing their resources.

Challenge

Medico needed a dashboard that could efficiently present a wide range of crucial information to its users. The challenge was to design a dashboard that could display various data points—such as the total number of doctors, available rooms, appointment bookings, patient overviews, and clinic requests—in a way that was easy to navigate and understand. The design also needed to accommodate a diverse set of users, from healthcare administrators to doctors, while ensuring the interface was both functional and visually engaging.

Solution

As the UI/UX designer, I approached the project by conducting thorough research to identify the specific needs of Medico’s users. From there, I created a user-centered dashboard design that presents essential information in a clear and organized manner. The dashboard features key metrics such as the total number of doctors, bookable appointments, room availability, overall visitors, patient overview, the top three most requested clinics, doctor schedules, and an integrated calendar.

Each element is strategically placed to provide users with a comprehensive overview of daily operations, while maintaining ease of use and accessibility. By utilizing a clean and intuitive layout, I ensured that all necessary information is readily available, helping users make informed decisions and manage their tasks more efficiently. This design not only enhances user experience but also supports Medico’s goal of optimizing healthcare management processes.
