Discovery: One Potato faced high bounce rates and low conversion due to their website's inability to effectively communicate their story and offerings. UX strategy: Rather than a complete redesign, we implemented a "facelift" for the website, focusing on creating an engaging and interactive homepage. We revamped recipe presentation for better SEO, added informative FAQs, and included interactive features like a countdown timer and a discount pop-up to capture user interest.
