CRM Redesign

uPro is an internal software used by one of my client to manage their sales and leads. Their old interface was outdated and unintuitive. The employees, who were the the primary users, deep dislike towards the existing experience. It was clunky and dull.

Our redesign tackled all this issues head on and plus many more which we discovered during our research. The solution we designed was received with great enthusiasm by the team. Many expressed how the revamp improved their workflow and now they actually enjoy using it. Definitely a win!
