Its Agent Desktop product, used by over 500 organizations, enables agents to handle support across voice, email, chat, text, and social messengers. Additionally, it provides supervisors with tools to manage their teams. Neuron's objective was to establish a cohesive design language across Bright Pattern’s product ecosystem.
