Arches National Park: The Organ

In the late 70s, a serial streaker was causing serious issues in the small town of Moab, Utah to the local residents and tourists. No one felt safe as at any moment, this man would run down the streets totally nude, or randomly walking into shops only to flash unsuspecting patrons. One day, the cops got a tip that he was running wild in Arches National Park so they set traps at each major landmark in the park to capture him right before he flashed a group of tourists. It worked wonderfully and the cops apprehended the serial streaker by The Organ.
