I’m sharing with you one of my latest projects, a commercial proposal for a communications agency.
Task.
Create a commercial proposal for a communications agency. The presentation should be prepared in an electronic format to effectively introduce the agency, its services, and demonstrate the value of collaborating with it.
Process.
01. Briefing. We conducted a call with the client to discuss the objectives and goals of the presentation, and I also familiarized the client with the plan and stages of our collaboration.
02. Structure. Based on the information received, a structure for the presentation was developed, the text was refined for easier comprehension, and persuasive language was added.
03. Visuals. Based on the briefing, design concepts that matched the brand's character and target audience were proposed.
04. Final Visuals. Using the chosen concept, the final version of the presentation was created in PowerPoint. The presentation was styled accordingly and delivered to the client in PPTX and PDF formats.
Result.
The presentation effectively represents the agency and its services, capturing the attention of potential clients and showcasing the value of collaboration.
