The goal
The client was faced with the need to improve the user experience of an online store loyalty program on the Shopify platform.
The main challenges were lack of user engagement and difficulty in interacting with the loyalty program, especially for unregistered users and those who did not know how to use their accumulated points.
We designed
We performed a comprehensive UX/UI upgrade for an online store's loyalty system.
Our designer created a login/registration popup to provide easy access to the loyalty program for unregistered users, as well as a birthday add-on popup to allow users to earn rewards.
We also designed a rewards program page that displays available points and point accrual notifications.
In addition, we implemented a feature that allows users to redeem their points for discount coupons via a pop-up that automatically applies the coupon code to their purchases.
