Medicase - Multiplayer Collaboration with Designers

There are 5 roles listed and the permissions they have.

Some of those have options and the reason for those are when an admin creates a user, those will be default but have ability to change those settings to give them or less access.

This way we have 5 main roles with flexibility Super admin - not listed on the data, but this would be for MediCase users like Gregg and Me. When we create an account, it is for the entity or company needing our program. If they need our program, we create the master account. Plus a super admin will have a simple dashboard to see basic things including the companies added and the ability to login as that company's main admin and then they can see everything from there. Then, integrations we will want to integrate Office 365 email like Zoho CRM does, so we can submit certain case files via email and have it tracked properly, and we can have data showing how many times a file was sent and from which email, etc. Plus a fax integration that will take the data and send in fax format as well and be tracked.
