EWL App | Redesign 2024
Complex redesign of a mobile application for an employment agency
For this UX project, I took on the task of extensively redesigning and streamlining a mobile application for a leading employment agency. This project was a response to the growing user needs and business challenges the company was facing.
Design goals
1. Optimize user experience: I identified and eliminated existing bugs in the app, significantly improving its functionality and intuitivenes
2. Responsiveness to user needs: I conducted an in-depth analysis of feedback from users and business stakeholders, implementing solutions that address key needs and pain points.
Connecting the needs of our users across the entire path of their experience. Starting from the moment they are job seekers, moving before taking a job, people starting and working, and people working on projects offered by the EWL agency. 3. Functional innovation: I designed and implemented many new, functional features, extending the application's capabilities and increasing its value to users.
Visual consistency and UX: I transformed the application's previously inconsistent structure into a unified, aesthetically pleasing interface, fully compliant with the company's latest branding standards. 4. Optimization of the development process: Developed an efficient software development process for the team responsible for the mobile app, contributing to increased productivity and quality of work.

The project not only significantly improved the app's user experience, but also contributed to business process efficiency. By applying UX/UI best practices and working closely with the development team and stakeholders, we created a product that fully addresses today's challenges of the labor market and people migrating in search of work.
