I had the opportunity to conduct UX research and design the user interface for EasyHealth, a startup providing online medical services with a focus on home-based clinical care. The platform allows users to conveniently schedule appointments for medical services at their homes or even online. My role involved ensuring a smooth, intuitive experience for users while optimizing the platform’s functionality and accessibility.
