Freedom of expression

I believe the drivers should get better wages even if they are independent contractors. Don't expect to get paid like an IT specialist but drivers should have more than $1/mile minimum. Rideshare companies charge a lot to customers but drivers get less than 50% and they should cover gas, insurance, and wear and tear.

There are ridiculously low-fare rides here and there.

Some experienced drivers say "Don't take that garbage request such as $4 for 10 miles" but those who need money take it, especially a new driver. It is a vicious circle I guess. So, I hope rideshare companies respect drivers and coexist (don't force drivers/riders to respect each other, the companies as well), not only to maximize their profits.
