The Meeting Room Booking Management System is a project developed during the Summer Bridging Program 2024 at Alliance Software Inc. It is designed to simplify the process of reserving meeting rooms within the company. The system allows employees to easily check room availability, schedule bookings, and receive notifications for any conflicts or changes. With a focus on efficiency and ease of use, it ensures that meeting spaces are managed effectively, preventing double bookings and improving the overall booking experience for the team. This project reflects a practical solution tailored to the company’s needs.

The Meeting Room Booking Management System interface allows managers to easily find and book meeting spaces. It features a sidebar for quick navigation, and displays available rooms with images, descriptions, locations, capacities, and equipment details. Users can search for rooms and quickly reserve them with a "Book Room" button, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.

The admin can easily add new meeting rooms to the system. This feature allows for the entry of key details such as the room's name, location, and capacity.
