£50 Apple Pay Gift Card Concept with Glassmorphism

I’m excited to share my latest design—a £50 Apple Pay Gift Card, where I experimented with the glassmorphism effect to elevate the overall feel of the card. The semi-transparent, frosted glass overlay gives it a modern, sleek vibe, adding depth and a tactile quality to the design. By using glassmorphism, I aimed to create a balance between elegance and futuristic minimalism. ✨

The glass effect softens the background and allows the vibrant colours to shine through, adding that extra layer of sophistication subtly. It adds a nice visual hierarchy, drawing the eye naturally to the card details without overwhelming the viewer. The smooth gradients behind it enhance this dynamic look, making the gift card stand out with both clarity and warmth.

Designed in Figma, I had a lot of fun perfecting the transparency and layering to ensure it kept that “light and airy” feel. Would love to hear your feedback on this glass effect experiment! 🧡
