On My Plate logotype
Some early logo explorations for for creative chef Andreas Heige — soon launching his food blog 'On My Plate'. Andreas concept is to present one recipe a month suited for friendly gatherings.
Since Andreas is an old graffiti artist, I wanted to use a playful brush type for his brand. The plate, except for just being a plate also stands for global since the blog will feature recipes from all over the world.
I wanted to play with a kind of olive tone but as usual it needed some blue:ish to feel more solid. The yellow contrasting color adds up for a fresh feeling. Like lemon ;)
