Sidebar Ads Oh Noes!

FIRST: Do you know a great small trade show booth design?

SECOND: Sidebar blindness is a thing. However I have no choice and I've been told they do get clicks. I'll have to dig around to see if I can find the numbers and comment on that. The nice thing about sidebar ads is if they are variants on a theme they go very quick and challenge me to work in a limited space. SO disclaimer done... onto what I'm doing.

These are the first six sidebar ads of a complete face lift of the site sidebar ads. I want to make the designs more dynamic and bright so they will can defeat the sidebar ad blindness on a mostly neutral white/blue/gray site. My real hesitation here is that the ads are placed randomly across the site and so as such... I doubt their ability to be placed in front of the right audience. I mean, if the audience is on the website why do they need to see the ad? Most of the time they should either search or navigate to the POS System first thing. From a user interface standpoint they feel like excess visual noise. Thoughts?
