PSA Magazine: Pokémon Worlds Cover

Trading cards have always been a huge part of my life, from trading Pokémon and basketball cards to tearing open booster packs. Entering the Pokémon Illustration Contest in 2024 felt like a chance to bring that childhood dream to life. I chose Feraligatr, stepping out of my comfort zone with a new style and paired it with Wattrel for a unique scene. After hours of work, I submitted, but sadly didn’t place. Still, the experience was worth it.

Not long after, I got a surprise email from PSA/Collectors. They had seen my Pokémon work on Dribbble and invited me to create cover art for PSA Magazine. Even better, they licensed my Feraligatr piece for the Pokémon Worlds edition! Seeing my art in print and collected by others is a dream come true and a reminder to keep pursuing what I love.
