DKV ACT 10 "Pranala"
The concept behind ACT 10 DKV’s “Pranala” revolves around a continuous pattern aimed at addressing and resolving internal challenges, particularly related to accessibility at both institutional and city-wide levels.
“Pranala,” which translates to “Link,” symbolizes a connector. It strives to bridge old and new frameworks, creating a more inclusive and innovative approach to accessibility. By doing so, Pranala aims to foster wider engagement, facilitating a movement that connects people and revitalizes inclusive spaces. This approach supports the sustainable development of tourism and urban growth while encouraging advancements in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, and Design, particularly in Solo, Surakarta, Indonesia.
At its core, Pranala focuses on communication patterns and their role in conveying key issues. This year, the initiative addresses the challenges tourists face when navigating the BST transportation system with its complex routes. The website serves as a guiding platform for tourists, providing information on the Pranala exhibition while enhancing their overall experience in the city.
DKVACT 10 “Pranala” exhibition has been finished! As the meaning of “Pranala” is to connect, we created a blog platform for DKVACT 7, 8, and 9 to connect ACT 7 to 10 that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
