Introduction to My HR Management Web Application
Overview: Greetings, Creative Designers
I am Turja Sen Das from Sylhet, Bangladesh, currently serving as a UI/UX Designer. As part of my role, I have undertaken an in-depth research project on optimizing HR management within the office environment. This initiative has led to the development of a new HR management web application, which I am excited to share with you.
In this project, I focused on integrating essential HR functionalities while maintaining a user-centric design. I meticulously evaluated and prioritized features to ensure they meet the needs of both employees and HR personnel.
The following are key features of the application:
1. Device Usage Tracking: Monitor and manage the total devices utilized within the office.
2. Employee Performance Rating: A system to rate and recognize the monthly top performers.
3. Office Announcements: A streamlined platform for disseminating important office updates.
4. Performance Management: Comprehensive tools for evaluating employee performance.
5. Payroll and Invoice Management: Detailed tracking of payroll, including salary and other office-related payments.
