Title: Enhancing the User Experience of PreMarket’s Website
Introduction:
PreMarket is a platform designed to facilitate transactions between airdrop farmers and traders. It allows farmers to pre-sell their airdrop tokens before they are listed on decentralized exchanges (DEX) or centralized exchanges (CEX). The platform offers a clear and intuitive order book system, making it easy for users to view trading depth, with low fees starting at 1%. Additionally, flexible delivery times and the ability to cancel unexecuted orders without charge provide users with great convenience.
Client Objective:
The client approached us with the goal of improving the website’s user interface (UI). The homepage was cluttered and did not showcase the platform's unique features. Other pages also lacked the distinct design elements needed to differentiate the platform from competitors.
Our Approach:
1. UX Research: We conducted an in-depth analysis of the current user experience to understand how users were interacting with the platform, identifying issues that impacted usability.
2. Style Research: Our team explored various design styles to find the best representation of the platform's identity, ensuring a modern and professional look.
3. Website Redesign: Based on the research, we completely overhauled the website's UI. We streamlined the homepage, clarified key features, and incorporated distinctive design elements across all pages to make the platform visually appealing and user-friendly.
Challenges:
The biggest challenge was reorganizing the homepage in a way that would both declutter the interface and highlight the platform's key features in a clear and engaging manner.
Outcome:
We delivered a redesigned website that met the client’s expectations. The new interface was cleaner, easier to navigate, and better reflected the platform’s strengths. The improved layout made it easier for users to engage with the platform’s offerings, leading to better user engagement and satisfaction.
