Дизайн мотивирующего дашборда-интерфейса "Конкурсы". На глубинных интервью с бизнесом обозначена боль - менеджеры по продажам финансовых продуктов клиентам, бывают не высоко замотивированы на достижение высоких результатов продаж (по причинам малой опытности, не знания уровня и достижений в продажах своих коллег, отсутствия корпоративных мотивирующих мероприятий с реальными наградами, недостатка знаний, не высокой финансовой грамотности и т. д.) из за этого бизнес и сами менеджеры теряют деньги. Для решения этой проблемы реализован функционал "Конкурсы". Менеджер может отслеживать свой уровень зрелости как продажника, своё место в конкурсе по продажам. Менеджер может повышать свой уровень финансового развития, проходя развивающие курсы и обучения, может пообщаться с более продвинутыми коллегами чтобы подтянуть свой уровень продаж, получать как виртуальные так и реальные бонусы и награды за участие в конкурсах по продажам и за повышение своего места в рейтинге продажников, за улучшение своих показателей продаж и т. д.

Design of the motivational dashboard interface "Competitions". In-depth interviews with businesses identified a pain point - financial product sales managers to clients are not highly motivated to achieve high sales results (due to low experience, lack of knowledge of the level and sales achievements of their colleagues, lack of corporate motivational events with real awards, lack of knowledge, low financial literacy, etc.) because of this, the business and the managers themselves lose money. To solve this problem, the "Competitions" functionality was implemented. The manager can track his level of maturity as a salesperson, his place in the sales competition. The manager can improve his level of financial development by taking development courses and training, can communicate with more advanced colleagues to improve his sales level, receive both virtual and real bonuses and awards for participating in sales competitions and for increasing his place in the sales rating, for improving his sales performance, etc.
