In 1997 in Paris Bon Blè Boulangerie opened its first bakery. Daily they were prepared and sold the typical baked goods: the dough was left to rise naturally and then informed only shortly before being sold in order to be always fresh. Not just bakery, but also confectionery: from bread to macarons, from baguettes to the cupcakes, the proposed offer to the public grew considerably. The company's philosophy based on fresh ingredients and traditional methods is the true recipe for the success that some time later took her to appear on the international market. Subsequently moved in the heart of Broadway, Bon Blè Boulangerie didn't betray the expectations. It was the freshness of raw materials imported directly from their land and the respect of the French culinary tradition to allow the company to consolidate its position in a context so different from that of origin.
